And the American actress and the Australian farmer looked as in love as ever as they took a stroll in Melbourne on Sunday.
The 56-year-old held her fiancé's hand as they wandered through Melbourne's Southbank.
THe Grey's anatomy star opted for a figure-hugging white mini dress that showed off her toned physique and a hint of bust.
Kate threw on a long, light white coat and added matching sneakers for an effortlessly chic summer look.

She finished her look with a turquoise crossbody bag, cat-eye sunglasses and a light makeup look with pink lipstick.
Andrew, meanwhile, looked dapper in a deep green polo shirt, white trousers and leather sandals.
The actress moved to Perth, Western Australia in 2020 after getting engaged to Western Australian farmer Andrew.
She recently revealed she had fallen in love with Australia's laid-back lifestyle and was happy to call Perth her home.
'I really love Western Australia… I think nature overshadows everything here. It drives me,” she said news.com.au.

'I like the slowness. It's really good for me. And then you go back abroad and you're like, 'Oh my god. People are crazy,” she added.
Walsh said at the time that she often flew to America for filming and then returned to Australia when she was free to spend more time with her fiancé.
“I feel very fortunate that I can go back to LA, go to work and then come back here and live my best life.”
“I needed a lot more balance in my life. And then I fell in love with an Australian, and here I am. I love it. “I am very grateful,” she added.
The California native reportedly met Andrew from Nixon Farming while on a cruise just before the start of the coronavirus pandemic in early 2020.
According to their website, the Nixon family has grown primarily malting barley and oilseed rape in the Moora/New Norcia region of Western Australia for almost 100 years.
This will be the second time for Kate, who ended her 15-month marriage to Day Shift executive producer Alex Young in 2010.
The showbiz couple legally separated in 2008. They cited the celebrities' favorite “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
