Through social media, the mother revealed the real reason why she decided not to go for a gypsy man.

The couple joked that they met when they were in a minor car accident and fell in love on the spot.

She said, “In my parents' era, men didn't cook or clean, they didn't do anything, they didn't take care of the children.”

Tracey filmed her husband dusting off one of her works of art for her, claiming this wouldn't happen if he was from her community.

She added that many traveling men still follow this and refuse to help their wives because Tracey labeled them as 'lazy'.

But when she first got together with Mark, she was stunned to come home and discover that he had cleaned the entire house – something she had never seen growing up.

Now Tracey loves having her husband help around the house, cooking and taking care of the kids, and she plans to raise her children the same way.

“I want my boys to know how to cook and clean because what if they don't want to get married?

“What if they want to move out and do their own thing?”

“This Is Why I Didn't Marry A Traveling Guy”

Tracey added that strict rules within the community also prevented her from marrying a man from there.

While she agreed it wasn't all men, she said she had witnessed controlling behavior and didn't want that for herself or her daughters.

Previously, Tracey also joked that one of the most important factors in marrying Mark was that he could cook.

She said: “This is why I'm going to say it.

“I'm going to say it.

“This is why I didn't want a traveler.

“Because I've never seen a traveler cook, and I know I love food.”

The clip was posted to her TikTok account @traceywinter1 was a hit with viewers who appreciated the couple for their adorable wedding.
