The video, which was shot at the Amagasaki branch in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan – forced the restaurant chain to apologize.

The footage showed an employee in Domino's uniform kneading the dough while picking his nose and rubbing it over the pizza.
The person filming can be heard laughing in the background of the video.
Dominoes Japan quickly closed the branch in question and apologized to its customers for the “inappropriate behavior” of its staff.
Just hours after the video began circulating online, the Fast food Giant posted their statement on X, former Tweet.
They said: “We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our valued customers.”
The company said the person in the video was a part-time employee and will be punished accordingly employment opportunities regulations.
It was also added that the individuals involved may face legal action.
The restaurant explained that the incident occurred outside of opening hours, when the dough was being prepared for a 24-hour fermentation process.
They assured that all the pizza dough was thrown away before it could be used for customers.
In their apology said Domino's Pizza promised to ensure that “something like this never happens again”.
