A RIPPED bodybuilder who claims he has never set foot in the gym has said his job alone helps him get stacked.
Freddy Bautista, from San Luis Potosí, Mexicoeven claims people are calling him Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson because of its similarity in physique to the WWE superstar.
A frequent poster about TikTokBautista often shows off using his gear to build up and calls himself “The Legendary Briklayer”.
In one clip he can be seen doing squats with a cement mixer on his shoulders, while in another clip he is doing push-ups with a heavy sandbag on his back.
To keep his arms big, the Mexican busies himself with shovels, sledgehammers and wheelbarrows.
But when it comes down to it power supplyall healthy food and drinks go out the window.

Bautista refrains from protein shakes and is strict dietsinstead you prefer carbonated drinks, junk food and carbohydrates.
However, it doesn’t stop him from being in top form.
As a result, Bautista’s physique has led to comparisons to Rambo and “The Rock”.
“I used to be skinny,” he remembers. “My boss told me I was too thin: ‘You need to eat more, boy, even beans and enchiladas.’
“So I switched to bulking.”
Freddy often gives bodybuilding tips and answers from his fans’ food and fitness questions online.
He trains at work at least three days a week and his favorite dish is tortillas with pickled peppers, chorizo and egg sarnies.
His latest TikTok video shows a selection of his huge, greasy meals.
“You have to eat like an animal,” he wrote.
