One of Alex’s first tips was to get a good spot on the hilltop to watch the opening fireworks on Wednesday night.

She also advised other revelers to opt for comfortable shoes, adding that she once walked 50,000 steps in one day at a festival.

When it comes to logistics, Alex revealed that it’s always essential to bring toilet paper and garbage bags just in case nature calls.

She also advised bringing hay fever medication if you suffer from the condition, as the festival takes place in a field.

Alex explained that it wasn’t worth spending too much time deciding where to pitch your tent as the campsite is so far away from the main action.

She continued that many people don’t spend too much time in their tents anyway.

Instead, she explained that it’s best to pack your essentials in a bag and carry it with you throughout the day, rather than traveling back and forth.

She also revealed how to get a good seat for the coveted Legend Slot, which usually takes place around 4pm on Sundays, and advised that it’s best to come early as the act usually draws huge crowds.

She warned that the phone signal on site could be very weak due to the high concentration of people and the remoteness of the festival.
