James Kennedy responds to Jon Hamm’s perfect imitation of him

Forget Crazy men. Jon Hamm And John Slater‘s Vanderpump Rules reenactment was so Emmy-worthy that even James Kennedy to praise their performance.

“Jon Hamm. YOU LEGEND.😂🙌,” the 31-year-old native of England captioned a clip of their big scene via Instagram on Wednesday, June 14. Ariana Madix “liked” the post.

During their performance on Tuesday, June 13, episode of Watch what happens live with Andy CohenHamm, 52, played Kennedy while Slattery, 60, portrayed Tom Sandoval as they read the dialogue from a recent one Pump rules episode. The Emmy winner was totally committed to the role, adding a British accent and even emulating the DJ’s body language.

Kennedy took it all to heart. “This is crazy, I love Jon Hamm. What a legend 😂😂😂😂,” he added via Instagram Story on Wednesday.

While Hamm knew how to impersonate Kennedy instantly — reciting his “you’re worm with a mustache” and “poop face” insults to perfection — Slattery didn’t seem to be much of a Bravo fan, wondering if he had must also do a British accent. (Sandoval, 40, is from Missouri.)

The reunion showed the entire cast confronting the secret lovers. When Sandoval started crying, Kennedy accused him of acting up.

“Hold yourself together man, you’re not at the Oscars,” Kennedy said. “You’re not at an audition. Be a man, get yourself together. F–king crocodile tears, p–sy.”

He didn’t stop there. ‘You’re a clown. And you know what? Your band sucks. You’re nothing, you’re nobody,” Kennedy said, toasting his former friend. “You’re a loser and your bar is going to the trash you conniving hoe.”
