The estranged couple – who split in May – treated Ezer, 4, and Dolores, 2, to a family day in Los Angeles.
The Bear actor, 32, held hands with Ezer while the Town That Dreaded Sundown actress, 32, carried Dolores in her arms.
In another sweet moment, Jeremy and Addison shared a big hug before saying goodbye and driving away in separate cars.
The outing comes a day after Jeremy’s new romance with Spanish singer Rosalia was confirmed.

The pair sparked romance rumors with a number of recent outings, and now sources confirm that the two have ‘recently started dating’ according to We weekly.
“They started out as just friends, but lately things have gotten romantic,” an insider told the publication.
The couple was last seen on Wednesday, taking a smoke break in West Hollywood, in snaps shared by TMZwhere they stood facing each other with their feet together.
The Hulu hunk was also recently linked to model Ashley Moore in August after they were spotted sharing a passionate kiss after a dinner date.
Jeremy’s dates come a few weeks after the star agreed to several provisions in his custody agreement with Timlin.
The stage actor signed up for daily alcohol testing to spend time with his daughters, according to court-obtained documents TMZ.
Under the terms, Jeremy will be tested when Ezer and Dolores are in his care, and if alcohol is detected in the actor’s system, another test will take place 15 minutes later.
If the retest is positive, the actor’s freedom rights to the children will be revoked until further actions are decided.
