Madonna performs an ambitious 45-song setlist, highlighting her record-breaking 40-year career.

She started her American leg of her world tour on Wednesday, joining her boyfriend Josh Popper on stage.

The singer gave Bredwinners’ boxing coach, 30, a kiss on the cheek on stage during her sold-out concert.

Josh and Madonna judged Ballroom-inspired dancers — including two of her children — with cards that said “10” or “chop” during the Vogue segment titled “Estere’s Ball,” after her 11-year-old daughter.

He wore a $350 Diplomats Decide T-shirt, matching shredded black pants and sneakers, while the seven-time Grammy winner wore a black and silver bustier, opera gloves and heels.

At some point, Jos laughed awkwardly when a jockstrap-clad male dancer bent over him while two other male dancers raped his famous girlfriend.

The New York City concert marked Madonna’s first show in the United States this year, but “sound check issues” caused her to go on at 10:45 p.m. instead of her usual call time of 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. — according to People.

Madonna returns to the Barclays Center this Saturday before bringing her $77 million-grossing, 79-date Celebration Tour to the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC from Monday through Tuesday.

The two-time Golden Globe winner reportedly worked with creative director Lewis James and musical director Stuart Price to devise her most spectacular stage presence for her twelfth concert tour celebrating her four-decade career.

Instead of a band or singer, Madonna enlisted RuPaul’s Drag Race #8 champion Bob the Drag Queen to fill the opening act for her.
