Chris Lopez held nothing back as he shared his thoughts on the pregnant ex Kailyn Lowry in a lengthy rant on social media.
“Brother, there’s no one more miserable than my baby mama, bro. My first baby mama, Kail Lowry,” he claimed in an Instagram Story video posted on Monday, November 20. “There’s no one more miserable than that girl.”
He then accused Lowry, 31, of “holding off” their children while “passing them off to motherly nannies.” “[The] children [are] over the Thanksgiving holiday and you don’t let the kids be with their dad, but it’s technically father’s week? Lopez stated. “You seriously need to grow the fk, and keep the fk off.”
Lopez and Lowry dated on and off from 2016 to 2020, during which time they welcomed sons Lux, 6, and Creed, 3. Lowry also shares son Isaac, 13, with ex Jo Riverason Lincoln, 10, with ex-husband Javi Marroquinand son Rio, 12 months, with boyfriend Elijah Scott. She is currently pregnant with her and Scott’s twins.
In a follow-up video, Lopez alleged that Lowry “lied and manipulated” people to make it difficult for him to spend time with their children. “You all think I’m a fucking king who lies and s–t? Why do I have to lie?”
According to Lopez, tension between the pair came to a head on Monday after Lowry allegedly interfered in one of their son’s parent-teacher conferences.
“I just left my son’s parent-teacher conference. When I registered for my son’s parent-teacher conference, his mother was not registered at all,” he explained. “Now it’s ironic that I say I’m going to be at my son’s parent-teacher conference today, and then all of a sudden the teacher said, ‘Oh yeah, she just signed up for a parent-teacher conference, so I can’t tell you don’t give the papers now.’ Cool, okay.”
Lopez concluded his rant by saying “thank you” to Lowry, noting, “This whole thing today just made me realize that I’m going to knock the dogs out of my opponent on December 8th.” He was apparently referring to an upcoming lawsuit with Lowry, but We weekly could not confirm if the duo has legal proceedings planned in the near future.
The former couple has gone through several ups and downs since they called it quits. Last year, Lowry revealed via Instagram that working with Lopez could be “super challenging.” “The boys only have two parents, and when one falls short, I have to pick up the slack and fill the gaps emotionally, physically and financially,” she wrote in March 2022. Lopez did not respond to Usasked for comment at the time.
Earlier this year, Lowry called her time with Lopez her “most tumultuous and toxic relationship” in a May episode of the series Podcast ‘Dumb Blonde’. In addition to accusing Lopez of cheating on her with multiple women and choking her while they held their son, she claimed he once tried to suffocate her on a couch.
“I don’t know what took over me, but I was fighting for my goddamn life,” she recalled of the alleged incident, which she says happened when she was pregnant with Creed in 2019. “I just remember turning my head a little bit . in a certain way and being able to gasp for air. I still didn’t want to call the King’s police. I just said, ‘I want you to choose me, I want you to get better.’ You know? It was sick.”
Days later, Lopez denied trying to “kill” Lowry in a TikTok Live video, but admitted to committing domestic violence against her, including attempting to suffocate her. Lopez was arrested in January 2020 for violating a protective order previously granted to Lowry in October 2019 after he allegedly grabbed her by the throat and punched her in the stomach.
Lopez was arrested in August 2020 and found guilty of one charge of indecent touching and one charge of breach of bail. His two-year prison sentence was suspended and he served probation and had to take domestic violence classes.
