The Princess of Wales appeared in good spirits this morning as she visited an organization supporting fathers in north London.

Kate, 41, looked chic in a white and black striped thin knit, dark blue jeans and a khaki jacket.

The royal mother of three visited the ‘Dadvengers’ as part of her ongoing Shaping Us project which focused on the importance of early childhood.

Founded in 2020, Dadvengers aims to provide the same support as mothers, with a particular focus on mental health.

The organization offers online training programs, podcasts and “Dad Walks” to help new parents feel better equipped for parenthood.

The Princess of Wales took part in one of the group’s ‘Dad Walks’ in Arnos Grove today, where she showed off her natural ease with children.

At one point, the royal family was seen kneeling to hold a youngster’s hand and laughing as a father held his two children in both arms.

The princess was accompanied on her visit by DJ and songwriter Jax Jones, one of the Shaping Us campaign champions.

Nigel Clarke, founder of Dadvengers, said: ‘Fathers play a hugely important role in their children’s lives from the start.

‘Even before their baby is born, fathers can get involved and Dadvengers is on a mission to support them to do that in a way that works for them.

‘We provide them with information and advice to look after their own wellbeing, while also supporting them to build the nurturing relationships and environment that we know are so important in the early years of their children’s lives.

“That’s what Dadvengers is all about.”

Kate previously described the Shaping Us initiative as her ‘life’s work’.

At a launch event in January, the Royal Family said: ‘The campaign is fundamentally about shining a spotlight on the vital importance of early childhood and how it shapes the adults we become.

‘During this time we lay the foundations and building blocks for life. And it is when we learn to understand ourselves, understand others and understand the world we live in.

“That’s why it’s essential to understand not only the unique importance of our earliest years, but also what we can all do to raise future generations of happy, healthy adults.”

The initiative is a long-term project of the Princess, starting with a child’s development and the importance of the formative years.

It will ‘explore in more depth the importance of a child’s social and emotional world’ and the meaning of relationships, ‘environment and experiences’.

‘And by understanding our own childhoods – what shaped our own beliefs, relationships, behaviors and feelings – we, as adults, are naturally better placed to play our part in positively shaping future generations,’ Kate added.

Today’s engagement sheds light on a matter that is undoubtedly close to Kate’s heart – as her younger brother James Middleton announced last week that he was welcoming his first children with wife Alizee Thevenet.

The entrepreneur, 36, and the French financier, 33, were spotted taking a walk with the newborn in Notting Hill on Tuesday.

The baby – whose gender has not been revealed – is the first cousin of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis and the niece or nephew of Kate and William.

The parents have kept the baby’s exact details and date of birth private. It’s believed he or she was born in recent weeks as James shared a photo of his then-pregnant wife on September 12 to celebrate their anniversary and declare “the best is yet to come.”

Already a doting dad, James fit right in with the West London decor as he pushed a £795 Silver Cross stroller while wearing an autumnal ensemble of navy chinos, brown boots and a green jacket.

He added a yellow scarf to brighten up the look, while Alizee proved she was a cool mom in a double denim look with a blue shirt and jeans which she paired with a 70s-inspired brown suede jacket and fur vest.
