“It’s not because I’m not listening and not recording it, there’s just something in me. I’ve gotten better now, I’ve learned through therapy to hold back, to listen and to think about what other people are saying – maybe they’re right, maybe they’re wrong, but I think about the consequences.’

‘It didn’t exist in my head, a consequence, what could go wrong… So, I learned it. It took me 45 years, but I’m still here.

Katie went on to say that her behavior has put her in situations that created “unnecessary drama and stress.”

The mother-of-five first began investigating the likelihood she had ADHD late last year when she revealed she had seen a doctor.

Katie, who is known for her tumultuous personal life, said at the time that she had another appointment before she knew for sure.

Speaking to her paying subscribers on OnlyFans, Katie said, “I went to see a doctor to see if I have ADHD and it turns out I probably do!

“I have to fill out some forms, say how I was as a child, my mother has to fill in forms and my father, and then my next appointment is when I get back from Thailand.”

Symptoms usually appear at a young age and become more noticeable as a child grows.

Most cases are diagnosed in children under the age of 12, but some people are not diagnosed until adulthood.

According to the health serviceThe causes of ADHD are not known, but the condition has been shown to run in families.

Katie – who has Harvey, 21, Junior, 18, Princess, 16, Jett, 10, and eight-year-old Bunny from previous relationships – has had multiple cosmetic surgeries in the past and acknowledged she may have a body dysmorphia.

This comes after she was seen kissing her on/off boyfriend Carl Woods, seemingly suggesting that they give their relationship another try.

They were seen sharing a hug when Carl, 34, dropped the former glamor model and her daughter Bunny at a nail salon in Sussex.

Katie recently hinted that she’s in a relationship when she told her sister Sophie on her new podcast that she couldn’t imagine having to date and use dating apps again.

Their rekindled romance comes after Katie’s mother Amy, 70, recently berated Carl in her new book, accusing the former Love Island star of “using” her daughter for fame.

WHAT IS ADHD?

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a behavioral disorder characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness.

It affects about five percent of children in the US. About 3.6 per cent of boys and 0.85 per cent of girls suffer in the UK.

Symptoms usually appear at a young age and become more noticeable as a child grows. These can also be:

  • Constant fidgeting
  • Bad concentration
  • Moving or talking excessively
  • Act without thinking
  • Inability to cope with stress
  • Little or no sense of danger
  • Careless mistakes
  • Mood swings
  • Forgetfulness
  • Difficulty organizing tasks
  • Constantly starting new tasks before finishing old ones
  • Inability to listen or follow instructions

Most cases are diagnosed between six and 12 years of age. Adults can also suffer from it, but there is less research into this.

The exact cause of ADHD is unclear, but it is believed to involve genetic mutations that affect a person’s brain function and structure.

Premature babies and babies with epilepsy or brain damage are more at risk.

ADHD is also associated with anxiety, depression, insomnia, Gilles de la Tourette and epilepsy.

There is no medicine.

A combination of medication and therapy is usually recommended to relieve symptoms and make everyday life easier.
