Kendra Wilkinson says she has completed treatment for depression and anxiety
Kendra Wilkinson is feeling much better two months after a panic attack sent her to the emergency room.
“I recently completed treatment for my depression and anxiety,” Wilkinson, 38, wrote via Instagram on Friday, November 10. “Extremely happy to share this information.”
She continued: “Being a solo act can get tough sometimes and life can get challenging, but I do my best and push with positive energy. [I’m] back on my feet.”
The former Playboy model went on to note that her “heart is full of gratitude” as she hung out with “amazing” friends and “took care of my babies and myself.”
We weekly confirmed in September that Wilkinson – who shares son Hank IV, 13, and daughter Alijah, 9, with ex-husband Henk Baskett — visited a hospital emergency room after a panic attack. Wilkinson’s representative told us Us that the Girls next door alum was not admitted and went home “shortly” after arriving.
Wilkinson noted Saturday that she has also returned to work selling real estate since completing her treatment. She previously found a second career as a real estate agent in Los Angeles, which is chronicled in her two-season Max reality show, Kendra sells Hollywood.

She continued at the time: “They are proud of me because I have done deals and that is what I want to continue. I’m really grateful for this opportunity that I have in my life, so I don’t really know if I’m dating anyone… it’s, I wouldn’t want to take away from this amazing experience because, you know, like a date or something. ”

Wilkinson’s recent treatment for anxiety and depression isn’t the first time she’s struggled with her mental health.
“I went through a divorce and lost everything I knew, which was my TV show. Until my divorce, I had a TV program every year,” she says Melissa Gorga‘S “To see” podcast in June. “Then my divorce happened and suddenly, now I have no more marriage, no more show, I had to move into a small house – I didn’t understand what was going on and all of a sudden I had to go through an intense healing.
Wilkinson explained that her 2018 divorce from Baskett, 41, and the cancellation of her Kendra at the top reality TV series ’caused my depression.’
