Kris felt her daughter had the perfect skills to run a podcast, adding: “I really believe you should have a podcast, which everyone is doing from home now. You could come to Kylie Cosmetics down the street and record there once a week. I think you would really be someone I would listen to, and you are my daughter.

“But you have to weigh risk versus reward. Let’s just say I accidentally mentioned it [my stepparent] Caitlyn [Jenner] and I’ll just say Bruce,” she said of the former athlete, who transferred in 2015. “I would know it was an innocent mistake – it wouldn’t be with malicious intent. That little thing that seems so innocent, that I could be destroyed for.”

Even though Kris understood Khloé’s concerns, she still tried to change her mind. Kris, who also represents Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner And Kylie Jennertried to convince Khloé not to let fear control her decisions.

The conversation took a tense turn when Khloé pointed out that she didn’t feel supported by Kris.

“I can’t take on other responsibilities, like starting something completely new, because I don’t have a team to lean on. I don’t have a management team. You are only there until the contract is signed and you disappear until you want to bring me the next contract,” Khloé claimed. “That’s your choice. You’re in your sixties and you’ve worked your butt off – you’ve got us all where we are today. I’m not complaining about that, I’m just pointing it out.”

“Before I start another project, I have to fix the twenty that are so broken. I don’t even know how to do that, and you don’t even know how to do that. Because if you did, it would have been solved by now. And it’s not,” the reality star noted. “One of my frustrations with you is that there isn’t much follow-up after something is done. Here I am speaking to you as a manager.”

Khloé also wondered why she couldn’t contact Kris about her career.

“When I catch you hours later, I get all worked up about whatever my problem is,” she said of Kris’ frequent vacations and several dinner parties. “If you want to take on multiple clients, you have to meet their multiple and different needs. You don’t give enough to everyone because you physically can’t. There is no way she can do everything on her own and make everyone feel equally cared for.”

When Kris couldn’t offer any suggestions on how to solve the problem, Khloé made it clear that she didn’t “trust” her.

“I’ve never had a team built in any of the other jobs I’ve ever had since I’ve been working for you. Do I have one person representing me at Good American? Also from my management side, who can I call besides you who will give me an immediate answer? Because I can’t name one person,” she told Kris. “I never feel like people are looking out for me. I have to do it all by myself, in every category and job I have.”

Kris stood by her opinion that Khloé was missing the bigger picture. Even though Kris thought she saw things “differently” than Khloe, she still wanted to provide her daughter with a professional solution. Khloé, meanwhile, argued that her mother wasn’t listening to her.

“There are problems I have with my manager. Not my mother, my manager. When I try to address these issues I get a lot of pushback and it’s always guilt tripping that a mother would do. Those lines become very blurred. They are really gray,” she said in a confessional.

The discussion ended with Khloé firmly shutting down Kris’ attempts at a resolution by saying, “What I’m getting at is I’m not going to continue the conversation and I’m not going to talk to these bulls that y’all keep trying to do because I’ve never heard f-king. We put a Band-Aid over a bullet hole and she likes to patronize me and say, ‘Everything’s fine. We’re going to work on it.’ It’s all bullshit. I’m so turned away from all this.”
