Married At First Sight star Cathy Evans has shared a disturbing Instagram Story post about her ‘worst nightmare’ coming true.

Cathy, who appeared on the Australian dating show in 2020, shared a photo taken on a plane as it docked at a New Zealand airport on Monday, and captioned it with some disturbing words.

‘Emergency flight to NZ. My worst nightmare comes to life. Keep your loved ones close always,” the New Zealand-born influencer, 30, wrote alongside the photo.

Cathy, who currently lives in Sydney, then admitted that she was going through a tough time at the moment and asked her fans for advice about returning to Australia.

‘I’m not doing well and I can’t think clearly. If anyone has had to deal with international repatriation companies, please send it my way,” she added.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Evans for comment.

Evans has undergone an incredible transformation since appearing on MAFS.

Among her many procedures, the 30-year-old has spent approximately $30,000 on liposuction on ten different parts of her body in 2021.

Among the areas treated were her chin, inner thighs, abdomen, waist, back and buttocks.

The influencer revealed at the time why she decided to go under the knife, after critics told her to ‘go to the gym’ instead of the plastic surgeon.

“People say, ‘Why don’t you just go to the gym?’ And I also go to the gym,” she said in a YouTube video.

‘You won’t find what I’m looking for in the gym. This sculpted, sculpted body of a surgeon or doctor is not something you will find in the gym,” she added.

'I'm not doing so well. If anyone has had to deal with international repatriation companies, please send it my way,” she added
