Married At First Sight British star Luke Worley proudly showed off his weight loss of almost two stone in a beach photo on Wednesday.

The reality star, 30, posted his body transformation in full on his Instagram page and posted another four-way image to show how far he has come.

He wrote, “When I came off MAFS I was 205 pounds, now I’m 183 pounds. Lost 22 pounds. Get match fit…and then be ready for a much-needed holiday.’

The TV personality was removed from the Channel 4 show after hitting rival Jordan Gayle during an argument.

The pair have now agreed to face each other in the ring after Jordan proposed Luke for a boxing match

Luke’s followers praised the MAFS star’s glow post-split, with one commenting: “Keep up the good work,” while another added: “Proud of you brother!”

A third chimed in: ‘Literally the most real person on that show, you should be proud of yourself!’

His dramatic weight loss comes on the heels of his shock divorce from MAFS co-star Jay Howard.

Jay, 32, also had to leave the experiment due to Luke’s failure as she could not continue on her own.

Her solo arrival at the reunion dinner last week left fellow attendees shocked and wondering what happened between the lovebirds.

In response to Laura and Peggy, the sales manager explained, “Luke basically said that we’re better off just being friends.

‘I asked him what he wanted, but he couldn’t answer the question. I would rather have tried to make it work. I still have feelings for him, but it is what it is.”

On the next episode with the experts, Jay admitted that she still had feelings for Luke.

But Luke was convinced he was ‘done’ with the romance, and was adamant he wouldn’t ‘change’ for anyone.

Viewers took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to accuse Luke of ‘gaslighting’, with many claiming the sales manager ‘deserved better’.

‘For the first time, after all these weeks of watching this show, I AM ABSOLUTELY SMOKING!!!! Luke is such an asshole,” said one angry fan.

A second commented: ‘Luke is a liar lol it’s written all over his face. A text back isn’t ‘changing yourself.’

Another said: ‘The way Luke is gaslighting Jay makes me sick.’

“A lot of gaslighting from Luke here. How the experts allowed this is beyond me,” a fourth added.

In a conversation with relationship experts Paul, Mel Schilling and Charlene Douglas, the exes talked about how their relationship went wrong after the show.

“The turning point, if I’m honest, was when Jay went back to work,” Luke revealed.

“She sent me a text saying, I didn’t show her enough affection, I didn’t text her enough, I wasn’t attentive enough.”

The sales manager said she just wanted more communication, while Luke was adamant that he had never been more “attentive.”

Jay told the experts, “I’m not asking for blood, I’m asking for a bare minimum, just back and forth communication.”

She also claimed that Luke never stated that he wanted a “future” with her or even a future together.

However, Luke argued that he had indeed expressed those desires, saying, “How many times have I said, ‘I want to be with you?’ a lot of times,” but Jay insisted he hadn’t.

Luke hit back, saying Jay ended things because she thought it wasn’t working.

Jay tearfully admitted that she immediately changed her mind and seemingly wanted to make things work.

When asked why they broke up, Luke mentioned “distance” to the issue, but Paul quickly batted away his answer, saying there are always solutions for long distance.
