Married At First Sight’s Cyrell Paule is accused of ‘tormenting’ her young son with a cruel prank before furiously firing back at ‘mum-shamers’

Cyrell Paule has lashed out after being accused of ‘torturing’ her son with a ‘cruel’ joke.

The former Married At First Sight star posted a video to Instagram of her applying a spider filter to her three-year-old Boston’s face.

In the clip, the frightened boy slaps his face in an attempt to get the animated critters off as they run across his cheeks and head.

Fans of the reality star took offense to the video, prompting Cyrell to fire back with a number of furious statements on Instagram.

‘Jeezzz… we live in a very sensitive world. Talk about a tough few days for me. Yesterday I fooled my son with a spider filter,” she wrote.

“The filter shows a spider crawling all over your face. My son screamed. I pissed myself laughing…

‘Then, of course, the ‘Karens’ joined in. “This is so cruel, all for the sake of your entertainment. You are tormenting your son.” Or “Poor child, you are cruel.”

She continued, “Apparently a filter can be very ‘terrifying’ and my son was clearly ‘petrified’. If a filter is what my son should be most afraid of in this world of ours…God help them for they’re going to have a lot more to fear.

“There goes peek-a-boo play with your child. And never think about hiding in a corner and jumping out at them.
