On Tuesday’s episode of Masked Singer Australia, Snow Fox won the final season of the singing competition.

The celebrity in the costume was unmasked as none other than X Factor and Eurovision star Dami Im.

Chrissie Swan guessed correctly, based on Dami’s walk, and decided it looked like a woman who had recently had a baby, which Dami also had.

Dami said it was an honor to be on the show with Mel B as she was a big Spice Girls fan growing up.

‘I came to Australia when I was nine years old, didn’t speak a word of English, but I learned to talk by listening to the Spice Girls songs. And that also taught me really bad grammar,” she joked.

‘Yes, I’m from Leeds. Sorry about that’ Mel replied comically.

Dami added that she had plenty of time to prepare for the show while tucked away from the audience with her baby.

“I had a one-year-old baby, so it was so much fun just hiding in the corner for the last few weeks and practicing songs every day, and I loved it,” she said.

The runner-up, the Grim Reaper, was previously unmasked, with the celebrity in the costume revealed to be Darren Hayes.

Judge Abbie Chatfield guessed the Savage Garden superstar correctly, and she broke down in tears when Darren was revealed.

Darren was also in tears as Abbie explained how much Darren’s music meant to her in her process of coming out as bisexual.

“I had signed with a record company who hated that I was gay, and it was a desperate plea to be loved,” Darren said, tears streaming down his face.

‘I used to hate myself for being gay. I performed twice at Mardi Gras. Actually, the first time I performed at Mardi Gras, I hated who I was,” he added.

“And the reason I cried when you told your story was because I desperately needed someone to say those words, and no one said them.

“And now I meet people who tell me that that helped them a little bit on their journey.”

Darren went on to say that every time Abbie cried, it made him cry into the mask.

“I cried the first time you cried. I was in that mask in episode one and I started crying. And every time you cried, I had to try to sing. And it’s really hard to sing and cry,” he said, laughing.

In third place was Healing Hands hitmaker Conrad Sewell, who was unmasked as the person in the Bouncer costume.

The Australian singer had big news to share: the star, who already has a son, has a second child on the way as well as a new album.

“Memphis is one and a half. And we have another one on the way, which I think I’ll probably talk about on TV,” he said.

‘A little girl next. So yeah, I’m very lucky. But Memphis, yes, he is the sweetest. Oh my God.’

Usually the contestants sing the song they performed earlier on the show, but Conrad performed his new single Rolling Thunder from his latest album, Precious.

“It took about three years to make, so I put pretty much everything I have into this album, and it’s a little piece of my heart,” he said.
