A SELF-DESCRIBED 'millionaire' has bragged about getting 100 McDonald's meals for free from Britain's 'worst branch' – but is being heavily criticized for the 'trick'.

Podcast host “Gage” told listeners how he fooled the chain's feedback system with fake complaints to get vouchers.

Gage said on his All Things podcast that he “steals receipts from cash registers or tables” and then uses their unique code to open a survey.

Gage claimed he used ChatGPT to “write about a time I had a terrible experience at McDonald's where I ordered a Big Mac.”

He said he pasted the false complaint into the feedback survey McDonald's used for staff performance reviews.

The businessman added: “You could make the ratings worse if they aren't bad enough.”

Gage said a McDonald's representative will respond within 12 hours and offer up to four free meals vouchers.

He claimed he tricked McDonald's into giving him 100 vouchers in just nine months, adding: “It tastes better when it's free”.

Co-host Ben Wright joked that the branch must be the worst rated in Britain – and Gage agreed.

He claimed that the staff now 'knows' him and refuses to hand over receipts for his orders.

Gage added that the branch has now put up posters asking customers to leave good reviews to offset his bogus complaints.

Smoking listeners denounce Gage's ploy, claiming it hurts hard-working McDonald's employees.

One said: “How ridiculously sad is that.”

Another said: 'This is certainly hurting staff and risking them losing their jobs function when they want to earn a living?”

A McDonald's employee said, “Bruh. It's hurting the staff. Those reviews fund our crew parties.”

Another said: 'These investigations are linked to some employees' bonuses.

“The poor general manager's bonus is probably zero.”

A third said: “Right! Then the employee realizes he's screwed either way and stops caring.

“Then the store actually underperforms. It's a cycle.”

Gage and McDonald's have been contacted for comment.
