People tell me that as a mom I “shouldn't dress like that,” but I wear mini dresses in the snow
A 35-year-old mother has hit back at critics who shamed her for the way she dressed.
She said she would wear the styles she wanted, even in bad weather.
Kerina (@kerina.wang) shared her outfit of the day in a TikTok video.
The mother of two was happy to model the snow day fit she put together.
However, critics had a lot to say about what they thought she should and shouldn't wear.
“Why are you wearing that, aren't you 35 and have two kids?” someone asked.
Shaking off the judgmental comments, Kerina turned the camera completely around as she stood in the snow in a black mini dress.
She paired the dress with tights, a hat, a jacket, gloves and moon boots for extra warmth.
As she ran towards the camera, she smiled behind her gloves as she addressed the trolls.
“Yeah so?” she said, daring them to make more unsolicited comments.
People praised her for her simple answer, which conveyed the message perfectly.
“I want to be that kind of mom in my future,” one commenter said.
'I'm in love. She's a class act,” another agreed.
“You are such an iconic mom,” said a third.
Many thought she was much younger and were stunned by the revelation of her age.
“I thought you were a 19 year old girl. I don't even know what to tell you, you are so fucking shitty,” one commenter said.
“Thirty-five?! Girl, you don't look your age haha, I thought you were like that [in your] 20,” says another.
“Girl you look like you're 24,” echoed a third.
