Tommy Lee slammed the shockingly high cost of cigarettes in Australia in a blistering Instagram post on Sunday.

The 61-year-old Mötley Crüe drummer, who is currently touring the country, couldn’t believe how much a pack of Marlboro Gold 25s from 7-Eleven cost compared to the rest of the world, and slammed the country’s massive tobacco taxes.

“$251.96 for 4 packs of smoke here in Melbourne,” he wrote alongside two bird flipping emojis.

He then took aim at 7-Eleven’s “Wonderfully Easier” slogan, writing instead, “7/11 wonderfully cheesier!”

Tommy spoke to Bill Maher on the Club Random podcast in October, where he discussed his past drinking.

“Alcohol is so fucking weird because… f**k! It’s just – it’s easy to fall in love with the way you feel, the way you relax, and then suddenly you’re like, ‘F**k! I drink two liters of vodka a day?’ This isn’t… You’re trying to kill yourself right now.”

When Maher expressed disbelief at the amount of alcohol, Tommy replied, “Yes. Two liters of shit. I swear to God – dude, I swear to God.”

Fortunately, he said he avoided any damage from long-term heavy drinking, and was recently given a clean bill of health from a doctor.

“I can’t believe… I pinch myself every day,” the drummer said.

‘I just did the full body scan, wherever they do it, from head to toe, and I can’t believe it – smoking, drinking, all those bloody stupid things, or those fun things I did.’

“Dude, the doctor said, ‘You’re doing fine.’”
