One Day stars their REAL lovers: Ambika Mod snuggles up to boyfriend Andy Sellers on a dog walk, while Leo Woodall gets it on with actress girlfriend Meghann Fahy

The star of Netflix's anticipated adaptation of David Nicholls' novel One Day has won the heart of her own lookalike Dexter.

Ambika Mod and her boyfriend Andy Sellers looked more loved up than ever this weekend as they walked their dog Todd.

Ambika, 29, stars as Emma Morley in the 20-year love story, opposite White Lotus actor Leo Woodall, 27, who plays Dexter Mayhew.

While Ambika is in love with Andy, Leo is dating his White Lotus co-star Meghann Fahy, 33.

One Day follows the story of Emma and Dexter after they met on their last night at Edinburgh University and spent the next twenty years of their lives on the same date, July 15.

The two graduates become an integral part of each other's lives with a series of “won't they” moments and obstacles in the path of a potential romance.

The pair were cast in the roles due to their instant connection and have since formed a 'close bond' and friendship with each other.

Ambika and Andy now step out with her once mysterious boyfriend and put on a loved-up display as they wrapped their arms around each other during a dog walk in their local park.

The pair will star in Disney+'s new five-part thriller series Playdate, which has yet to be released but started filming last summer.

Andy Sellers is a young and emerging actor who has just finished filming a new drama film, Young Woman and the Sea, starring Stephen Graham, 50, and Lily James, 34.

After rising to fame for her starring role in One Day, Ambika is on the verge of becoming a household name after previously starring in the BBC drama series This Is Going to Hurt.

Meanwhile, Leo and Meghann confirmed their relationship in late November when they were spotted locking lips in the rain.

The pair met on the set of The White Lotus while filming the second season of the hit series in Sicily, Italy.

She told me New Yorker in November 2022 that they both bonded with the rest of the cast “because it was like a ghost town” during the off-season filming of the idyllic island.

Previously, Fahy was last romantically linked to Into the Woods star Billy Magnussen from 2017 to 2020.

The Mail revealed Ambika originally turned down the role of Emma Morley after the star explained she felt it was a “huge, huge undertaking” as Emma was previously played by Anne Hathaway, 41, in the 2011 adaptation.

She said: “It was definitely originally written as white and previously played by a white actress. I'm very excited to bring something new to the role. I hope that young women who don't see themselves on screen very often see that it is possible.

Ambika admitted that she wouldn't have gotten the role a decade ago because of her skin color, saying, “I'm very different from Anne Hathaway, so I never worried about that.” Just the fact that I'm not white and I get to play Emma.

“I don't think this would have happened 10 years ago. That in itself is a way to modernize the story.'

Following a similar success, Leo Woodall will star in a new Apple TV series, Prime Target, from New Regency and Scott Free, with executive producer Ridley Scott.

Leo is currently dating his White Lotus co-star Meghann Fahy, 33.

After the final series began filming in Sicily in early 2022, the couple are thought to have been together ever since.

In the show, Meghann plays wealthy stay-at-home wife Daphne Sullivan, while Leo plays Jack, the alleged cousin of a wealthy expat, Quentin, who is played by Tom Hollander, 56.

The pair didn't appear in any scenes together on the hit show, but it didn't stop their romance from developing further.

Romance rumors were first sparked in September 2022 when the actor shared a carousel of Polaroid photos from the set of The White Lotus.

There were plenty of PDA-fueled photos of the couple before Meghann popped up in the comments section and wrote, “I love you! I love these! I love you!' and Leo replied, “I love you right back.”

Last February, the couple walked their first red carpet together for the 29th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards.

The couple were then photographed at the South Bank Sky Arts Awards ceremony in London in July 2023, where Meghann was asked if she had had a romance outside of The White Lotus.

'I do not know anything. Never heard of it. Never seen. What kind of program is that?' she replied jokingly.

The pair were then photographed kissing on the streets of New York City in November.

And this month, they were both photographed attending Jimmy Kimmel Live in Los Angeles, when Meghann appeared to encourage Leo during his appearance on the show to discuss One Day.
