Overcrowded night shelters as Delhi shivers
People took shelter in night shelters as the cold wave continued in the national capital on January 9. People who took cover at the shelter home in Sarai Kale Khan praised the authorities for making proper arrangements. According to IMD, the maximum and minimum temperatures in the city are expected to range between 17.5° and 5.3° Celsius.
