POUNDLAND shoppers are flocking to buy their favorite Easter egg treats from the tills for 80p.
Easter is just around the corner and retail giants have stocked their shelves with treats sold at reduced prices.

And now a price war has erupted between these retail chains, offering savvy shoppers some stunning deals.
Poundland is the latest store to offer Easter egg treats for just 80p.
A savvy shopper shared the good news today on the popular Facebook page Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK.
Posting the photo of the Nestle treat, they wrote: “I brought an Easter egg from Poundland this morning.
“On the shelf it said” 1.50, but he scanned through at just 80p.
“I am happy with my purchase.”
Today Morrisons has reduced the price of their large Easter eggs from 150 to 220 grams to just €1.99 each.
Customers with a More card can use the offer both online and offline.
Non-members pay the full price of €3.50.
The deal is available from today and shoppers have been flocking to their nearest stores to stock up.
But you have to be quick because these deals usually only last a week.

Other Easter egg deals
Tesco has also slashed the prices of its large Easter eggs to just £2 and shoppers can order chocolate favorites including Cadbury and Celebrations.
The large chocolate Easter eggs cost £3 unless you have a Clubcard.
The great deal includes a range of different Easter egg chocolates. You’ll have to act quickly because the deal is only available until March 5.

Meanwhile, Sainsbury’s has slashed the price of its extra-large Easter eggs across a wide range of popular brands.
The supermarket has reduced the price of all large Easter eggs to just £4 for all Nectar cardholders in the run-up to the holiday.
Before the offer, most extra large chocolate Easter eggs cost £6 and this is the price if you buy the chocolate eggs without the Nectar card.
The deal includes a range of different Easter egg chocolates, including some new additions.
By comparison, extra-large Easter eggs, also known as “giant” Easter eggs, usually cost around $5 to $11.
