New beginning of 'Ram Rajya': Ramdev on Pran Pratishtha

Pran Pratishtha: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev said that today a new history of Sanatana Dharma is being created.

Ayodhya: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev, who attended the grand Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, expressed his joy and stated that a new history of Sanatana Dharma is being created today. He added that today's ceremony will mark a new beginning of 'Ram Rajya' in the country. “We came here when Ram Lalla was in a tent. Today there will be a big temple. Today a new history of Sanatana is being created. With the pranpratishtha at the Ram temple, a new beginning of 'Ram Rajya' takes place…,” ANI quoted Ramdev as saying.

Notably, Baba Ramdev is among the dignitaries invited to attend the grand ceremony at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya today. The holy city is decorated to celebrate this historic day with numerous events organized here.

It is notable that the Pran Pratishtha rituals have already started on January 16. The rituals started with 'Prayaschit' and Karmakuti puja, which were performed on January 16, and the idol of Lord Ram entered the premises on January 17.

On January 18, the idol was installed in the sanctum sectorum of the Ram temple. the next day Aushadhivas, Kesaradhivas and Ghritadhivas were organized. Sugardhivas, Fruitdhivas, Pushpadhivas on January 20 and Madhyadhivas and Shayadhivas on January 21.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will perform the sacred rituals on the occasion of 'Pran Pratishtha' day. Lakshmikant Dixit will lead the team of priests to perform the main rituals.

The grand ceremony is attended by Bollywood personalities as well as business and political figures.
