Prince Louis steals the spotlight during the Trooping the Color performance

Prince Louis delighted royal fans again today as he made faces at his siblings and grumpily covered his ears as he celebrated Trooping the Color.

The five-year-old was in good shape as he traveled to Horse Guards Parade in a carriage with Prince George, 9, and Princess Charlotte, 8, on Saturday.

They were joined by the Princess of Wales and Queen Camilla, but that didn’t stop Louis from pulling off his usual antics at the King’s Birthday Parade.

One minute, the youngest Welsh child was covering his nose and mouth in an apparent sneeze, later bursting into a passionate dance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.

Louis – who turned five on St George’s Day on April 23 – is a favorite among royal viewers thanks to his enthusiasm – and cheeky antics – during public appearances.

Today was no different, and the young royal was seen making faces at his siblings.

Photos showed Prince Louis grimacing from the back of the carriage as he sat next to his brother and sister, who were unperturbed by his feisty behaviour.

The eight-year-old is equally unfazed in other photos, which show the youngest sibling screaming and covering his ears as a royal flypast flies overhead.

The royal party traveled amidst a Sovereign’s Mounted Escort formed by troops from the Household Cavalry’s Life Guards and Blues and Royals.

George, Charlotte and Louis then joined other royals on the balcony of Buckingham Palace for a flypast – after a set for the King’s coronation was scaled back in May.

Footage from the balcony also shows Louis using his fun side, as at one point he covers his ears to block out the extremely loud noises.

Meanwhile, another photo, taken during the flypast, shows the prince extending his arms in a funny pose and later appearing to dance.

Some 70 aircraft from the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force took part in the demonstration, which lasted approximately six minutes.

The Ministry of Defense (MoD) said today’s aircraft took off from 15 locations across the UK before meeting in the south east of England and flying over London.

The event ended in a show of red, white and blue from the pilots of the Red Arrows.

The siblings seemed carefully matched for the day when it came to their outfits.

Princess Charlotte, eight, wore a white dress with red detailing, while her hair was pulled back in intricate braids that came together in a low bun.

Her brothers George, nine, and Louis, five, wore matching navy suits, white shirts, and red ties – with their hair combed neatly to the side.
