A BOMBSHELL claim that Madeleine McCann’s suspect was wiretapped by German investigators while in captivity could be a major blow to the monster’s trial.

Although the shocking claim was not heard in Braunschweig today, BruecknerThe court’s lawyers have requested to hear the witness during the trial.

A former federal criminal associate Police Office (BKA) sensationally claimed that Brueckner’s cell was equipped with listening equipment.

The employee claimed to be involved in the installation process of the technology and said she has pictures to prove it, T-Online reported.

The employee reportedly said that two other BKA officers had told her that they had a “personal score” to settle with the German and that they planned to “do something about it”.

If the accusation is confirmed, it would be a huge blow to the trial against Brueckner, as conversations between him and his lawyers could also have been tapped.

The pedophile appeared in court this morning for the second day of his trial after last week’s hearing was adjourned after just nine minutes.

New details emerged in the alleged rape case of Irish holiday representative Hazel Behan, with the victim saying she feared Brueckner would behead her.

The court heard the warped German tie her legs to table legs and rape her, before joking: “You’re afraid of me, aren’t you?”

He then spanked the helpless holiday representative and demanded chillingly: “Are you afraid of me now?”

Hazel was terrified of the dawn, fearing that Brueckner would “cut her head off”.

Despite the fact that the McCann case was not heard, Brueckner used his lawyer to nag against the case court he was prosecuted after being accused of taking the toddler in 2007.

Madeleine McCann suspects Christian B ‘planned to kidnap a girl and sell her to a childless couple’ one week before her disappearance

In a shocking opening statement, Dr. Friedrich Fulscher said: “Since June 2020, our client Christian Brückner has been under constant fire from the global media.

According to the Braunschweig Public Prosecutor’s Office, he allegedly kidnapped and murdered Madeleine Beth McCann.

“The investigating authorities have been repeating this theory in the media like a prayer wheel.

“The results of the investigation have not yet been presented to the defense, so the suspect has not been able to substantiate this claim.

“A similar media campaign of prejudice has been sought in vain.

‘The biggest challenge for the court in these proceedings, ridding oneself of these ulterior motives will be in examining the procedural truth and assessing the evidence regarding the allegations made.

“We are not hearing the most famous missing persons case of the post-war period, but five other serious allegations with numerous legal and factual difficulties in obtaining evidence.”

Brueckner is also accused of grabbing a child’s wrist on a beach and performing a sex act on himself near Praia just weeks before Maddie disappeared.

The court learned that Brueckner used a date-rape drug to incapacitate his victims.

Prosecutors allege he whipped an elderly woman 20 times at her holiday home in Portugal.

During the alleged attack, he wore “a stocking mask that only had holes for his eyes and mouth” and forced his victim to put it on.swimming goggles.”

He then put a pillow on her face and tried to suffocate her.

Around the same time, prosecutors allege Bruecker tied a German-speaking girl, just 14 years old, to a post in Praia da Luz and raped her.

The German is currently serving a seven-year prison sentence jail term for rape and drug trafficking.

If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison — and prosecutors can fight for a “public danger” clause that would give them a safety net for the Maddie case they want to pursue.

If he is acquitted when his seven-year sentence from 2019 for rape is completed.

The defendant denies all allegations.

MAIN SUSPECT

It comes as prosecutors claim Brueckner had surgery to remove a birthmark on his left thigh to avoid being recognized by student Hazel Behan.

Police also believe Brueckner did that splashed out “thousands to change his appearance” and could be unrecognizable to the man he was in 2007.

Brueckner was identified four years ago as the main suspect in the kidnapping of Madeleine from her family’s holiday apartment in Portugal in 2007.

The three-year-old disappeared from an apartment in Praia da Luz on the Algarve while on holiday with parents Kate and Gerry, 55, from Rothley, Leics.

German investigators believe Brueckner kidnapped and murdered her.

Even though it is the main suspect in Maddie’s disappearance German authorities have been investigating him for the past five years, but he has not yet been charged.
