RHOM’s Lenny Hochstein is suing ex Lisa Hochstein over abuse claims

Getty Images (2)The Real Housewives of Miami alum Lenny Hochstein has filed a defamation lawsuit against his estranged wife Lisa Hochstein about a recent social media post in which she hinted that he had abused her.
This is evident from court documents obtained by We weeklyLenny filed a civil lawsuit against the reality star on Friday, December 1, seeking damages up to $100,000 and attorneys’ fees.
The lawsuit comes days after Lisa shared an Instagram Story photo of a bruise on her arm and hinted that Lenny had previously abused her.
“I didn’t want to share this, but I have no choice. I am being harassed through the legal system and through ‘others’ by Lenny and that has to stop,” Lisa wrote in the November 22 message, which has now expired, but the plastic surgeon added a screenshot to his file. “This was almost two weeks old compared to last season. Maybe you got this bruise during the episode when I told the women on the show about the divorce.
In his lawsuit, Lenny, 57, vehemently denies Lisa’s allegations and claims his ex is harassing him. Lenny claimed in his lawsuit that Lisa, 41, suffered the bruise after she “lost her balance” while walking up a flight of stairs while the pair were arguing.
“It was because [Lisa] as usual it was shouting and swearing [Lenny] when he came home from work, as she did almost every day, and told him that he never does anything right, so [Lenny] tried to walk away and started walking up the stairs and [Lisa] walked ahead [him] backed up the stairs so she could continue screaming [his] face and [she] lost her balance and fell on a flight of stairs,” read Lenny’s file.
“Nothing could be further from the truth,” he adds in court filings about the alleged abuse claim.
“[Lisa’s] lies about abuse are no surprise to [Lenny] as [Lisa] has publicly stated that she must take revenge [her ex] for what [Lisa] claims constitute harassment,” the court continued. “Yet [Lenny] is not intimidating [Lisa] but rather present the truth that [Lisa] dislikes.”
Lisa and Lenny, who tied the knot in 2009, have experienced many ups and downs, many of which took place on RHOM.
Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa in October 2022 Us at the time the couple had been “considering divorce in recent years.” He went out with his girlfriend Katharina Mazepa that same month.
Lisa, meanwhile, claimed that Mazepa was Lenny’s “mistress,” although Lenny claimed the couple started dating after he and Lisa had already broken up. Lenny proposed to Mazepa in July.

Although it seemed like the couple was on the verge of settling their divorce, Lenny filed a motion to withdraw his settlement in August.

“Lisa came up with an agreement in June. I thought it would be something that would make her happy and allow her to move on because it is much more generous than what was in our premarital agreement,” Lenny shared exclusively.
