RHONY’s Jessel Taank thought Michael Jackson was her father

The Real Housewives of New York City star Jessel Taank had a pretty wild theory about her parents and Michael Jackson growing up.

“As a child I thought that Michael Jackson was my real father and that my parents had kidnapped me from him,” says 43-year-old Taank exclusively We weekly’25 things you don’t know about me.

With age comes wisdom, so Taank eventually found out that the singer was not her father. Now she considers herself “strangely intuitive and extremely spiritual” – both common traits of Scorpios.

“I have been consulting an astrologer since I was 15,” she says Us.

Taank is driven to succeed and her success is not about what the stars say. She manifests her goals. “I am the self-proclaimed queen of manifesting and have turned it into a science,” says Taank Us. “Whatever I want, I visualize it every day and want to make it happen – it hasn’t let me down yet.”

Her next venture Taank is manifesting is her own e-commerce platform, Oushqwhich will be launched this fall.

1. I was strangely obsessed with it Sweet Valley High — [both] the books and the show.

2. I can’t tolerate coriander: the smell, the taste, the texture. It is often used in Indian cooking, and as a child I would throw a tantrum if it was in my food. My mother thought she outsmarted me by incorporating it into her cooking, but I was so sensitive to it. I knew it was there and refused to eat it.
