Hit a break. Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi revealed that she is taking a break from Ozempic injections after she lost more pounds than expected.

“When I started semaglutide shots I weighed 138 pounds. Now I’m about 110 pounds. As you can see, I lost a little more weight than I expected to lose,” said the Shahs of sunset alum, 41, explained in an Instagram video, which she posted on Thursday, June 8. “I have decided that I will only weigh myself on the days of my injections to document it. And on April 30, I stepped on the scale and I saw 111 pounds.

Gharachedaghi said she decided to make a change amid the drastic weight loss, adding, “Then I knew, it’s time to cut down.” Then I started cutting down units and going back and forth until now I finally have maintenance only.

However, the reality star stood by her decision to use Ozempic in the first place. (The FDA-approved medication is mostly used to help type 2 diabetes patients with weight management.)

“Will I get rid of it? Maybe. Do I get it all back? Maybe. But for now, I’m enjoying the way I look. I enjoy what it does for me,” she added. “I encourage anyone who is struggling to lose weight and wants the ‘easy route.’ Summer is just around the corner.”

Gharachedaghi continued, “I am not trying to emphasize that being skinny is what you should be doing, but the truth is that some of you want to do it. So I’m talking to you guys – not the f-king haters. For the haters, kiss my ribs.

The former Bravo star originally opened up in February about taking injections of a generic version of the popular drug. “I’m on the slimming shots, baby, okay,” she said via Instagram at the time. “I’m just not going to lie about it because I always keep it real about what’s fake.”

Gharachedaghi later eloquently explained why she wanted to put the spotlight on her decision Entertainment tonight in May: “I see no reason to hide the fact that I am losing weight [medication] or cosmetic surgery. Just talk about it because there are so many people who want to do the same thing or they want to learn what you did.

The California resident has since continued to speak candidly about the benefits — and challenges — associated with Ozempic injections.

“Anytime someone loses a lot of weight really fast, the skin just drops down a little bit. It’s a fact. For some people it’s worse, for some it’s not,” Gharachedaghi told Thursday. affect my face yes I get fillers and Botox and stuff but I didn’t get anything [recently]. So you can see that it is not sagging.”

Later in the clip, Gharachedaghi reminded her followers to make choices that suit them. “Is losing weight and being thin the ideal goal for everyone? Is it societal pressure, social media pressure? Yes, yes, yes, she said. “I don’t want to put pressure there that you have to be skinny, but if you want to, this can help.”
