Woman, 25, is fighting for her life after being mauled by a shark in Sydney Harbour's Elizabeth Bay

A 25-year-old woman has been mauled by a shark in Sydney Harbour.

Emergency services rushed to Billyard Avenue in Elizabeth Bay to find the woman with a serious bite to her leg and 'major blood loss'.

She was transported by helicopter to St. Vincent de Paul Hospital and remains in critical condition.
