The 29-year-old, who works for celebrity trainer Jono Castano at his popular gym ACERO, showed off her incredible figure and perfect behind in a G-string bikini.

Not an inch could be squeezed into the statuesque stunner's frame as she walked through the sand.

Sara's swimsuit had very high-cut bottoms and a triangle top with eyelets.

The TV bride was bareheaded while swimming, wearing her blonde locks and a cap to protect her skin from the sun's rays.

The bombshell was accompanied by a friend and the pair were spotted deep in conversation as they cooled off in the water.

The two friends then dried off in the sun on their towels and snacked on some Doritos cheese.

This week, Sara finally addressed the whirlwind of speculation surrounding her loyalty to her TV husband Tim Calwell.

The controversy arose after Mesa refused to participate in the show's phone switching task, a decision that raised questions about her loyalty.

'We've known each other for two weeks, would you hand over your phone to a stranger? I feel like it's something personal, you could say, it's a bit of a diary. It's not like I was hiding anything, I wasn't talking to other guys,” Sara, 30, told Daily Mail Australia.

“It was more like the pure principle that, you know, the phone is a private matter. I've known this guy for a week, I don't really see the need to do that.'

Sara's stance on the task was clear: 'I didn't want to jeopardize our relationship by involving the producers in any way. I know all these tasks were meant to rock the boat. They were meant to stir things up.”

“It wasn't really a task to get you to trust that person. It was more to start some kind of drama, and at this point,” she added.

'Tim and I were actually on good terms and were hopeful for our future. So I didn't really want to take the risk and rock the boat in any way.”

When Mesa asked if Tim had any basis for his suspicions, Mesa acknowledged that his past had been hurt by infidelity: “Yeah, well, fair enough.

“It turns out he's cheated on him multiple times with his ex, and he says he has trust issues.”

She continued, “I think it's normal to have those trust issues, but I don't think his trust issues with me had anything to do with me and more to do with his past. he either trusted me or he didn't.

“I don't feel like I did anything to intimidate him other than speaking my mind and staying strong about my expectations and what I wanted and needed in a relationship.”

Mesa gave Tim advice and suggested, “I feel like Tim needs to speak his mind a little more.”

'I think having an opinion, speaking out what is right. You know, sometimes it's good to rock the boat.”

It seems like the couple tried to make their relationship work after the film wrapped, but things may have fallen apart since then.

“He came to Sydney for my birthday, which was nice. And that's about it,” she explained.

“I had some friends of mine over at Level Six (at the Ivy) for a little private party, and he came and gave a little speech, which was really cute… that was fun.”
