This is the shocking moment when a dog owner kicks his pet twice after spilling his food on the floor.
The man can be seen opening his takeout box and about to eat his meal when his dog pulls hard on the leash after seeing something in the distance.
Frustrated, the owner appears to yell at the dog and then starts it up twice.
After being kicked, the dog, which appears to be a breed similar to a German Shepherd, appears to react to the man continuing to yell in his face.
At the end of the clip, shot Thursday afternoon in London’s Bethnal Green, a passerby appears to be talking to the owner.

A spokesman for the RSPCA said: ‘We are aware of this incident and are currently investigating it, so we cannot comment further at this time.
