Stacey Solomon shares a quick beauty hack to bring her 'blunt' lashes to life

STACEY Solomon has both left and amazed fans with her five-minute morning routine that “changes her entire face”.

The Loose Women panellist, 34, has 'stubs for lashes' so she uses two well-known products to bring her eyes to life every morning.

“I don't know what happened to my eyelashes; where they went or why I didn't get any,” Stacey said.

“And I won't even think about applying eyelash serum every day and growing them – that's just not going to happen.

“I almost manage to mositurize, you know what I mean?”

Instead, she applies multi-pack false eyelashes with Duo Quick-Set Striplash Adhesive, which you can buy in Boots or Superdrug every morning, even when she's not wearing any other make-up.

The mother-of-five said the routine “changes her whole face in five minutes” and shared a video on TikTok of how she does it.

But fans were up in arms over her candid tutorial, praising her for “keeping it real” and “never sugarcoating the reality.”

Stacey curls her eyelashes around her fingers so they can get used to the round shape of her eyes, and sticks them in place with Duo eyelash glue.

However, she warned that the glue smells like fish.

“It smells like fish, but it's the only thing that bothers me all day,” she said.

“It actually smells like fish. Why? Who in their right mind said, 'Do you know what we should make this smell like? An aquarium in which a fish died'.”

Hilariously, she bites off the ends of the eyelashes so that they are short enough for her eyelids.

“I look like a different person,” she joked as an eyelash strip was stuck.

“I think I look beautiful without eyelashes, I think I'm really beautiful. I mean, I know it's not.

“But sometimes when I don't wear eyelashes, people ask me if I'm tired or unwell.”

Fans flocked to the comments on her video to praise Stacey's “realness”.
