Dianne Buswell marked her parents Rina and Mark’s 42nd wedding anniversary on Tuesday with a sweet Instagram post.

The Strictly Come Dancing star shared a photo of herself with her mother and father, who are undergoing treatment for cancer, alongside her heartfelt congratulatory message.

‘Congratulations on your 42nd wedding anniversary mom and dad ❤️ you are the best parents and grandparents to all our children, we all love you very much! @mark.3802 @rinabuswell,” she wrote.

The selfie, taken during Dianne’s recent trip home to Australia, showed the three smiling at sunset on the beach.

The strictly professional, 34, returned Down Under with her boyfriend Joe Sugg for Christmas.

Dianne traveled to her home country to spend the festive period with her cancer-stricken father Mark and the rest of her family.

She recently gave fans an update, sharing that her father had started the third round of his chemotherapy treatment during her stay.

Dianne shared a video of herself in hospital with her father, praising him for always having a ‘positive mindset’.

In the clip, Dianne and her dad Mark walked into the hospital arm in arm, before he gave her the thumbs up as he waited for his treatment.

She gushed in a caption: “Round 3 proud of your dad, always with a positive spirit and a smile on your face.”

Her Strictly co-stars and famous friends were quick to send their messages of support to the dancer in the comments section.

Amy Dowden, who is battling breast cancer, wrote: ‘Come on, you got this! I love you both.’

In a recent interview, Dianne spoke about the difficulty of being away from her family in Australia and how Bobby helped her through the difficult time.

Dianne told Heat Magazine: ‘I am such a hard-working, crazy dancer that it has been a very nice balance, with Bobby bringing a lot of peace to my life.

“Quite a bit has happened in my personal life over the past few months, and Bobby has been very realistic and supportive and has told me that everything will be fine.

“It’s crazy that such a young guy can think so highly of him.”
