A renter from hell has left behind a house covered in rotting food, animal feces, half-empty milk bottles, and so smelly that the owner went dry when he opened the front door.

Quincy, a landlord from Riverstone in western Sydney, is now facing thousands of dollars in repairs and $10,000 in unpaid rent after his investment property was left in an ‘unlivable’ condition.

He rented the house five years ago to a woman who had turned the address into a dump.

Horrifying videos and images show the dilapidated house littered with so much trash that the floors are no longer visible.

Among the discarded items that need to be cleaned up are half-eaten bowls of noodles, congealed milk cartons, cat food, dog poop, and empty bird cages.

“I’ve never seen anyone do this kind of damage to other people’s property,” Quincy said A current situation.

“The tenant left all the food here to rot in the fridge, as you can see the stench is unbearable.”

The shattered homeowner isn’t sure what, if anything else can be salvaged from the property, adding that it feels like a “kick in the guts.”

“I’m really devastated, financially, emotionally. I’ve actually lost faith in humanity,” he said.

During the five-year lease, he was never allowed access to the property, as the tenant would give him an endless list of excuses as to why he couldn’t come.

Quincy only increased the rent once during the entire period by $10 to $450 per week.

He eventually took the tenant to tenancy court after she fell so far behind on her payments and owed $10,000.

Although her name remained on the lease, she claims her grandmother lived at the address before she died.

Neighbors say people were still living in the building two weeks ago.

The tenant also claims she’s willing to go in and clean up the mess herself and that she’ll pay ‘100 percent’ of the rent owed, but Quincy has little hope.
