The Archies teaser: The wait is finally over when the The archives teaser is out and netizens are going crazy over the first look. The film is an Indian version of the American comic series and has already been adapted as River Valley. Zoya Akhtar has directed the film and there has been a lot of buzz since the official posters were unveiled by the makers during the production phase. However, it is the Bollywood debut of Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor and Agastya Nanda that makes The archives the highly anticipated rom com of 2023. For the inexperienced: Suhana is the daughter of Shah Rukh Khan and Khushi Kapoor is the daughter of the late Sridevi and her husband Boney Kapoor. While Agastya Nanda is the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan who is the son of Shweta Bachchan Nanda.
THE ARCHIES TEASER RESTORES THE NOSTALGIA OF THE 60S
The teaser shows a musical setup of a hill station high school. The story is stated to be set in 1964. The costumes and sets are from the 1960s and the actors look convincing as we catch a glimpse of Archie, Betty, Veronica and Jughead. Suhana and Khushi dancing at a frat party and Agastya while Archie courting both Betty and Veronica is nostalgic for Archies fans. The teaser gives a hint of teen drama with heartbreak, love, suffering and rock ‘n’ roll. SRK fans praised Suhana’s performance as Veronica and praised her first performance.
