The Voice star Lachie Gill reveals the X-rated quip that presenter Sonia Kruger made about her figure on set: ‘She had on a very short dress’
Sonia Kruger left The Voice Australia contestant red-faced after making a rather X-rated joke on set.
The singing competition host made the comment to 2022 winner Lachie Gill.
The singer was shy when he shared the anecdote during a conversation on the ARIA red carpet this week Yahoo.
“It was something Sonia Kruger said when she was on the show, and I don’t know if it’s PG if I can share it, but it stuck with me for a year and a half,” he said.
‘She had on a very short dress and said, ‘Both ends are smiling tonight.’ And I was just shocked, but I found out it was just Sonia, she loves it.”

It comes after the Big Brother presenter reportedly turned down the offer to host the new reboot of the raunchy Uncut series because she felt ‘uncomfortable’.
According to women’s Daya source close to Sonia claimed that the 58-year-old managed to talk his way out of the narration of the series, which features full frontal nudity and unfiltered language on the network at 8:30 p.m.
‘It’s really unbranded [for her]’, the source said. “She finds it all a bit awkward to watch, let alone tell.”
Big Brother Uncut premiered on Channel Seven’s streaming website 7plus, 17 years after the X-rated series was axed.

During the reboot’s premiere, the contestants were filmed undressing in the open showers.
The scene was a far cry from previous moments during Uncut’s height in the 2000s, where the women usually wore bikinis or went topless and the men covered their modesty with a towel or their hands.
The original Big Brother, which previously aired on Channel Ten at 9.30pm, was often explicit, but Seven has touted the upcoming season as its ‘spiiest’ ever.
It looks like the network is going to make good on the promise after the return of Big Brother Uncut.
