TikTok stars ‘Los Petazetaz’ ARRESTED in Spain for ‘drugs and rape of underage girls and filming abuse’

TIKTOK stars Los Petazetaz have been arrested in Spain for drugging and sexually abusing underage girls.

The pair, identified as Jose Hernan AG, also known as HernyCool and “Ivancete,” are also accused of filming the abuse.

The Spanish police started an investigation after they were tipped off about the duo who allegedly drugged their victims – including with the date rape drug GHB – causing them to become incapacitated.

The complainant described the alleged aggressors, who have thousands of fans TikTok, YouTube And Instagramequally famous influencers.

The man identified as Hernan Almena was taken into custody jail pending an ongoing criminal investigation after appearing before a judge.

Unconfirmed reports early today said he could now be granted conditional bail after being released following his recent appearance in the United States court.

The second suspect, who used the nickname Ivancete according to a local report, was released on bail.

A spokesperson for the Spanish National Police said: “National police officers have arrested two men on suspicion of sexually assaulting and filming minors.

“The arrested, one of whom was taken into custody jailhave thousands of followers on social media, which allowed them to get close to girls attracted by their popularity.

“They took the young girls to the home of one of the detainees with whom they would play games drugs until they managed to annul their will.

“They then allegedly used their mobile phones and security cameras installed in the premises to carry out the sex attacks.”

The spokesperson said police did not believe the alleged assaults had been published online, adding: “The investigation was led by a specialist family and women’s support unit called UFAM and began in December last year.

“The first complaint received indicated that sexual abuse of minors could take place in a residential home in the Villa de Vallecas district of Madrid.

“That complaint stated that the suspects could be two men with large internet followings on various digital platforms.

“During the investigation, the police were able to identify four possible victims, all minors.

“Those alleged victims said they gained access to the home of one of the detainees, attracted by their fame on social media.

‘They once said that in that man and his company partner started consuming differently drugs they invited them to consume.

“When the minors were under the influence of drugs, the suspects allegedly took advantage of the condition they were in to sexually abuse them and movie what they were doing, without the minors being aware of what was happening.”

The minors, girls aged 14 and 15 who, according to local reports, may have used the date rape drug GBH, are said to have had difficulty remembering what happened in the flat.

The fifth alleged victim was at the property raided by police when the arrests took place.

The police spokesperson said the jailed YouTuber is being investigated on suspicion of two sexual assaults, rape, exhibitionism and child pornography, as well as drug-related crimes.

The other man, who has been released on bail and has not been named by the Spanish press, is being investigated on suspicion of crime of sexual abuse.

Their social media accounts were largely still active yesterday, although their TikTok account seemed to have been deleted.
