Tim Allen has been branded ‘so f*****g rude’ by The Santa Clauses co-star Casey Wilson, amid shocking allegations about his behavior on set.

Wilson, 43, who played grown-up Sara in the 70-year-old Home Improvement star’s hit series in 2022, claimed Allen was a ‘b***h’ on set and gave her the ‘worst experience she ever had had with a co-star.’

Wilson recently said on her B***h Sesh podcast: “Tim Allen was so great. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a co-star ever” – while adding that she “buried” the story because she was friends with a producer on the show and her children “had violence from the movies .’

“So I’m in a scene. It’s just me and Tim Allen, and I have to throw things at him. I think he’s a burglar. So he comes down the chimney, obviously like Santa Claus, and I wake up thinking there’s an intruder, kind of like a home invasion. So I throw things at him.

‘[He] goes to the producer who is standing five feet away from me and says, and I hear him, he says, ‘You have to tell her not to step on my lines anymore.’

‘The producer turns to me with horror on his face and has to walk one foot towards me and he says, “Um, Tim would ask you to stop stepping on his lines.”

Wilson claimed that Allen’s alleged behavior “left everyone walking on eggshells” and said in a “frantic” manner: “When he was done, he was so damn rude.” Never made eye contact, never said anything. It was so awkward.”

She further claimed that Allen – after she finished shooting a “shot that blocked her in a close-up” – abruptly left the set.

She said: ‘It’s the end, and Tim Allen says, “Leave!”, takes his Christmas cape, picks it up, drops it on the ground and walks out.

“And they force in his replacement; dear man, to whom it was much nicer to act. People rush to collect his velvet Santa coat. He is great.

“And this is the best…I won’t say who said this. This was someone I don’t know, maybe from the crew. [He or she] breezes past me and just says, ‘You’ll see him on a good day.'”

DailyMail.com has contacted Tim Allen’s representatives for comment.

The Santa Clauses was developed as a continuation of the Santa Clause franchise, which began with the release of the first film in 1994.

The original Santa Clause film was followed by a pair of sequels released in 2002 and 2006 respectively.

It was announced that The Santa Clauses had entered development phase in January 2022, and it was originally intended to be a limited series.

The program premiered in November last year and the show has a 57% rating Rotten tomatoes.

In January, Allen faced another accusation over his alleged behavior on TV – when he denied claims Pamela Anderson made that he showed her his genitals more than three decades ago, in her memoir Love, Pamela.

“I would never do something like that,” Allen said Variety saying that the incident Anderson described “never happened.”

In an excerpt from her upcoming memoir obtained and published by the outlet, Anderson said the incident occurred on the set of Home Improvement in 1991, when she was 23 years old and he was 37.

“On the first day of filming, I walked out of my dressing room and Tim was standing in the hallway in his bathrobe,” said Anderson, who played Lisa in the ABC sitcom, starring Allen as Tim Taylor.

She continued, “He opened his robe and quickly showed me – completely naked underneath.”

Anderson appeared in a total of 22 episodes of the series in the first and second seasons between 1991 and 1992, and made a final appearance during the show's sixth season in 1997.

Anderson, who had previously posed for Playboy, went on to describe the circumstances of the encounter: “He said it was only fair because he had seen me naked. Now we’re even. I laughed awkwardly.’

Before breaking through as a mainstream show business star, Anderson had appeared in early 1990s sitcoms such as Married… with Children, Charles in Charge and Top of the Heap.

She left amid huge career success with the hit show Baywatch, in which she starred as CJ Parker.

Tim himself also took part in a number of projects following the success of Home Improvement, starring in another long-lived series, Last Man Standing, as well as being the voice actor for Buzz Lightyear in the Toy Story franchise.

Before he became famous, the comedian had gone through some rough patches himself and was arrested in 1978 for possession of cocaine. He pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges and was convicted, but was later released on parole in 1981 after spending just over two years in a federal correctional facility.

During an interview on the WTF With Marc Maron podcast, Allen opened up about his time in prison, saying, “I literally learned how to live day to day. And I learned how to keep my mouth shut. You definitely want to learn how to keep your mouth shut.”

Allen has said he “liked the fact that Donald Trump made people angry” and previously called himself “kind of an anarchist politically.”

Asked about attending Trump’s inauguration by Jimmy Kimmel in 2017, he said: “You’ll get beat up if you don’t believe what everyone else believes.

‘This looks like Germany in the 1930s. I do not know what happened. If you’re not part of the group, “You know what we believe is right,” I say, “Well, I might have a problem with that.” I’m a comedian, I like to take both sides.’

He added: “I literally don’t preach anything. What I’ve done is I just haven’t bought into, as I call it, the “we culture.” I don’t tell anyone else how to live. I do not like that.’

Allen also told Fox that those who condemn Trump in Hollywood are hypocrites, adding, “What I find strange about Hollywood is that they didn’t like Trump because he was a bully.”

“But if you had any inkling that you were for Trump, you were bullied for it. And that’s where this gets a little bit hypocritical to me.”

Allen’s disappearance had sparked criticism of Disney Pixar for what some said was a superficial, politically motivated silencing of an instantly recognizable voice.
