Tinashe has turned to a Los Angeles court for help in dealing with a man she claims has been stalking her in recent weeks.

The singer, dancer and actress has filed for a restraining order against a man who she claims has shown up at her home a number of times over the past week, including three times in one day, according to TMZ.

It all started when she was randomly tagged on Instagram by a man named Ramon Oppikofer, whom she has never met since 2022.

Then things went from virtual to reality when she said the man showed up uninvited to her brother’s private birthday party on October 27.

Tinashe (born Tinashe Jorgensen Kachingwe), 30, further explained how he handed her a hotel room key, which she immediately handed back to him, as she tried to laugh it all off.

Fearing for her life: Tinashe (born Tinashe Jorgensen Kachingwe), 30, has filed for a restraining order in Los Angeles court after a man showed up at her home a number of times, including three times on Nov. 2, according to court documents obtained by TMZ ; she was seen in 2022

The situation became even scarier for her when she claimed he showed up outside her Los Angeles home on November 1, where he simply lurked down her street.

Police were called to come out and confront the man, but he had already left when they arrived.

In the court documents, Tinasche claimed the man returned the next day, but this time actually went to the front door to ring the doorbell.

After receiving no response, he left, returning a short time later and driving an SUV to the front of her house and calling her by name.

Some people who were in her home at the time came out to confront the man, but again he left without further incident.

The Lexington, Kentucky resident says the man returned again on November 3 and rang her doorbell, only to be greeted by her father, but this time, instead of fleeing the scene, he tried to break into her home.

Tinasche was afraid for her life and eventually went to a part of her house where she could lock herself, but she said Oppikofer tried to open the door.

Some music studio employees in the house then confronted the man and he left.

Still not entirely deterred from meeting Tinashe in person, the 2 On star claimed he continued to lurk outside the property long enough for the police to arrive and arrest him.

He was eventually charged with misdemeanor trespassing and released a short time later.

In the documents, Tinashe begged the judge to sign the court-ordered protection to keep Oppikofer away because she fears he will show up at her home again and possibly endanger her life.

This isn’t the first time Tinashe has felt the need to file a restraining order after interactions with what seemed like an obsessed fan.

In 2017 the Daily email reported how the All Hands On Deck star was left terrified when a man identified as Martin Murphy traveled across the country, from Boston to Los Angeles, to track her down because he thought they were married.

Martin’s own father even supported her court request in hopes of keeping his son at a safe distance, while also revealing that the then 25-year-old had “suffered a psychotic breakdown and is unable to distinguish reality from fantasy.” .

A judge in the case ultimately granted Tinashe’s request for a restraining order requiring the fan to stay at least 100 yards away from her and her parents.
