But the historic undisputed bout was postponed until May 18 after he suffered a cut in sparring that required more than 10 stitches.

In the run-up to the fight, rumors circulated that the Gypsy King was having difficulty sparring.

Cruiserweight champion Jai Opetaia reportedly floored Fury, while retired boxer and expert Johnny Nelson claimed he was 'flipped'.

But the speculation was dismissed by Fury's manager Spencer Brown, who gave a sarcastic response when questioned about the rumours.

Brown continued iFL TV: “It's unbelievable. We looked at it and laughed our heads off, these conspiracy theories.

“It was actually quite funny, some of the c**p coming out, old Johnny Nelson, he's got a mole in our camp.

“We dug holes everywhere because there's a mole in there somewhere.

'We have a guy with a shovel who digs holes to find the moles.

'All kinds of things come out. There is grass in the camp, an informant, it looked like Colditz.

“All we needed was a Gestapo to find the grass, but we never found it.”

Tyson Fury sensationally accused by ex-world champion of STAGING elbow during sparring to force Oleksandr Usyk fighting axe

Brown then joked: “Whoever was cutting grass couldn't have been a very good grassman because he was completely wrong!

“Because I'm going to tell you right now that Jai Opetaia knocking out Tyson is like Mount Vesuvius collapsing one afternoon.

“It just didn't happen, it didn't happen. It didn't even happen, Tyson was on fire.”

Usyk, 37, had opened a store in Valencia, where he missed the birth of his daughter Maria because he was in the camp.

Meanwhile, Fury, 35, was in Riyadh from New Year and Brown admitted information may have gotten back to Usyk in some form.

He said: “Of course there is someone. I don't think it's malicious, I think it's just someone… pillow talk, a few white lies flying around.

“A few misconceptions, that's it, pillow talk. I don't think there is grass, we know in all camps that you can't spar the best every day, you can't spar the best every day, it's physically impossible.

“But I saw him and he was electric. He was the Tyson I haven't seen in a long time. It was unbelievable.”
