Shoppers of 'THE summer bag' are enthusiastic when the viral Uniqlo crossbody is released in a new design
If you're out and about this weekend, you'll probably see someone carrying Uniqlo's virally sloppy shoulder bag.
The crossbody number is available in a plethora of colors for £14.90, with fashionistas on TikTok raving about how much can fit into the Mary Poppins-esque bag.

The Round Mini Shoulder Bag took the world by storm last summer and now, ahead of the hot season of 2024, the Japanese designer has released a brand new design.
Shoppers have said the piece had “Mamma Mia vibes” and called it perfect for summer holidays.
The new design features the iconic slouchy silhouette, but is made from crochet material instead of nylon.
Fashion content creator Lydia, behind the @fruitylolo TikTok account, took to the coveted social media platform to alert others to the bag.
“It's official, I found my summer bag,” she said.
“If you're a big fan of the Uniqlo crossbody bag like me, then you need it this summer.
“This would literally be so perfect for walking around a small town or city in the summer.
“Oh my god, it's perfect.”
Lydia added that the crossbody number is “THE summer vacation bag.”
The Round Mini Crochet Bag costs €24.90 each and is available in two shades of light and dark beige.
Each piece has an adjustable strap for comfortable wearing on all body shapes.
Uniqlo bosses describe the material as “lightweight and durable”, adding that “the rounded shape and adjustable shoulder strap ensure a comfortable fit”.
“Never pressed buy so quickly,” Liv Lock commented on Lydia's video.
“Fifth of their crossbody bags to add to the collection!”
Another shopper called the style 'Mamma Mia vibes', while a third vowed to buy one for the upcoming summer holidays.
After a 12-month victory lap online last year, Uniqlo's round mini shoulder bag was officially crowned bag of the year by Lyst and Google.
