Urgent hunt for girl, 17, disappeared with mystery man on train to airport as police plead 'if you know him, speak NOW'

Police are urgently looking for a teenage girl who was last seen with a man on a train to an airport.

Lidia Lupo, 17, disappeared this weekend after being spotted on CCTV at a train station in Lancashire.

The train was heading towards Manchester Airport.

Police say Lidia was last seen in person on Saturday, before being seen at Preston station around 2.30pm on Sunday.

There she was seen with an unknown man, and Lancashire Police start to get 'worried' about her.

They are now asking anyone who knows the man or has seen the teenager to come forward.

Lidia is white, slim build, with dark eyes, dyed red hair and braces.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket, white top, black leggings and white Nike sneakers. She speaks with a Romanian accent.

The teenager has links to Oldham, police added.

A police spokesperson added: “If you know who this man is, or if this is you, please come forward and contact us as you may have information that can help us find Lidia.

“If you have any information please contact us on 101 quoting log 0957 of January 27. For immediate sightings please call 999.”
