When you have as much money as A-listers in Hollywood, you’d imagine most of them would be only too happy to leave servers with a generous tip.
But waiters’ Reddit threads claim that despite having a lot of money, some celebs will still be stingy — or worse, rude.
Some also expressed surprise at the most generous tips available, praising their patience and manners in the face of a more abrasive public persona.
American film icon Jeff Goldblum was praised for his kindness, as were other big stars such as British chef Gordon Ramsay and Bruce Willis.
Others — including fan favorite Laura Dern and the “Godmother of Soul,” Patti LaBelle — apparently didn’t make a good impression.
