A 60-year-old woman who is often told she looks decades younger has revealed her secrets to looking fabulous as you get older.

When it comes to lifestyle habits, the influencer emphasized the importance of ditching booze and cigarettes and protecting your face from UV rays.
“I definitely have some wrinkles,” she admitted in the video, which has been viewed 26,500 times to date.
“I haven’t put my face in the sun for the past 20 years, I wish I never had and I stopped drinking 33 years ago so that helped too.” And I stopped smoking when I was 25.’

Clarissa added that she tries to “live healthy” and exercise – but jokingly confessed that being immature “helps.”
“We always feel old and it’s not good that we feel old,” she told viewers. “Think about what we would say to ourselves now when we live to be 100.”
Clarissa thanked followers for their kind and encouraging comments, and also shared her ordeal with four miscarriages — and how the right mindset got her through the heartbreak.
“My friends had babies before and a lot of people probably thought it was crazy when I kept having miscarriages but I didn’t care and for someone who cares a lot about what people think I just didn’t care then,” she said. .
‘I am really grateful to you. When I was 25, I felt like I was done. i remember turning 30 and thinking “okay you could turn 60 so you have 30 more years” and trying to hype myself up.
“There are so many people who have gone before us to give us hope and I’m just grateful to be able to give a little bit of hope.”
In another excerpt on her page, Clarissa said she got married at 39 and had babies at 40 and 43.
