All ICC World Cup winning captains will be presented with a special blazer ahead of the IND versus AUS final

New Delhi: The stage is set for an epic ICC World Cup final between India and Australia as the Men in Blue aim to win their third World Cup crown, with the Aussies eyeing the action at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday.

According to a report by Sports Tak, all ICC World Cup winning captains will receive a special blazer ahead of the big match. The winning skippers are Kapil Dev, Ricky Ponting, Clive Llyod, Allan Border, Arjuna Ranatunga, Steve Waugh, MS Dhoni, Michael Clarke and Eoin Morgan.

Only 1992 World Cup captain Imran Khan will not attend the event as Pakistan’s former prime minister is currently serving time behind bars.

At the same time, all the above captains will be honored in front of a large crowd of over 1 lakh.

In addition to this particular ceremony, there will be an air show by the Suryakiran Acrobatic team and a performance by famous Bollywood music director Pritam. According to reports doing the rounds, international Grammy-winning artist Dua Lipa will not be performing at the event. We have to wait for official confirmation.
