Fury over ‘shameful’ anti-Israel graffiti daubed across Labour Party office in north-east London – as Met Police launch hunt for vandals

The incident was quickly reported to the Met and an investigation is underway.

A spokesperson said: ‘Police were called to the property in Hatch Lane shortly after 9.10am on Saturday, June 1.

‘Officers are investigating. No arrest has been made.

‘Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or Crimestoppers, quoting CAD 2106/01jun.’

Shama Tatler, Labor parliamentary candidate for Chingford and Woodford Green, said: “This shameful vandalism is not just an attack on our campaign – it is an attack on our entire community.

“Together we will defeat the forces of hate and antisemitism and deliver our positive message of change to residents here in Chingford and Woodford Green.”
