ASAP Rocky Raps About Rihanna’s Fenty Lip Balm In New Ad

Rihanna, 35, tapped her rapper boyfriend, also 35, to star in a new ad promoting her brand Fenty Skin’s Lux Balm. In the campaign, which was shared via TikTok on Thursday, January 4, Rocky described the lip product with a catchy song.
“Flossy. Shiny. No bitch, this isn’t lip gloss,” Rocky rapped. “Lux Balm was in my palm. New collaboration with my baby mama.” As he sang the lyrics, Rocky held up the Lux Balm while showing off his moisturized pout and shiny metal grill.

Fenty Skin also boasted that Lux Balm is “sleek and smooth and fits easily in your pocket, so you can keep it with you wherever you go.”
The new launch is currently available through Sephora and fentybeauty.com and retails for $16. (Rihanna launched Fenty Skin — a line of cleansers, toners, masks and more — in July 2020 after unveiling Fenty Beauty, which includes foundation, concealers, highlighters and offers eye shadow, in September 2017.)
This isn’t the first time Rocky and Rihanna have unveiled a joint project.
In November 2023, Rocky called the couple’s two sons their “best partnership.”
“If me and my lady were to work together, what could we do together and just, just f–king smash it and go crazy? I think we work really well together in making kids,” Rocky joked in an Instagram interview with Complex magazine. “I think this is our best creation yet!”
While Rihanna and A$AP Rocky started out as music collaborators, their connection grew into something more. Rocky and Rihanna have been dating since 2020. They welcomed their first son, RZA, in May 2022 and named him after the Wu-Tang Clan member. Nearly nine months later, Rihanna revealed she was pregnant again during her halftime performance at Super Bowl LVII. Son Riot Rose arrived in August 2023.
