Azam Khan slams PCB team management for alleged unfair treatment, says don't hang me in the middle

New Delhi: Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Azam Khan slammed the cricket management amid unfair treatment. Since his international debut in 2021, Azam Khan has played just eight T20Is for Pakistan.

Azam Khan recently featured in the five-match T20I series against New Zealand where he played the first three encounters. In a recent conversation with Shoaib Malik on the Desert Vipers YouTube channel, Azam expressed his frustrations with the Pakistani think tank.

“In the last four years I've made three comebacks and I've never played a full series, so it kind of hurts me that you're giving me the full series or leaving me out completely or not hanging me in the middle , so I regret it,” said Azam Khan

“I always understood that if I play competitive cricket, I will get a full chance because they know I can win those matches, so they call me here. That means you question me that I am not good at this level, then it is okay, then I will find my own way,” Azam Khan added.

However, the batsman has failed to fire runs from his bat during the international outings so far. He has achieved an average of 4.83 in eight matches.
