A FIRST wedding guest has shared her top picks for the special event with a confusing dress code online.

People couldn’t help but compare the most expensive style of the options with a popular fruit.

Reddit user Scutts97 has recently been invited to her first wedding, which she is very excited about.

Due to her lack of wedding experience, she is unsure of what to wear to the wedding ceremony at the winery.

She explained the situation in detail after on the social media platform in the popular group Approval of wedding attire.

She loves the people getting married and “can’t wait to celebrate them,” but is “stuck” with the dress code.

The style description for the special event was ‘formal and fabulously dressed’.

For further context, the festivities are expected to start at 4pm and last until late.

The Reddit user expressed her frustration and confusion over the vague statement.

She added four photos of possible dress options to get some feedback.

The first was the Romance That Wows Magenta Floral Organza Maxi Dress, $106 from Lulu’s, and the second was the Radiant Event Yellow Mesh Tiered Ruffled Backless Maxi Dress, $110 also from Lulu’s.

The third and fourth options were a Lulu’s Soiree Celebration Navy Blue Maxi Dress with Ruffles and Laces, $99, and a JJ’s House A-line asymmetrical tulle cocktail dress with V-neck$104.

“What does that mean to you? Is it these types of dresses??? Help!” she added in the post.

Many of the readers commented that they preferred the first and last choices, but that the second dress was a conversation starter.

“These would all be suitable for formal use, but I would probably shy away from number two, which is banana piñata. Three would work in my opinion if you have a small chest, but larger breasts would be a bit much. One or four, in my opinion one is a bit more formal,” one reader wrote.

“I like number two, but you’re not wrong. Banana piñata is an apt description,” agreed another.

“Three or four best suit the description and location. It’s a difficult choice between these two options, but I’m leaning towards dress three!!” said another Reddit user.

“One is beautiful, but from the photo I can’t tell if the material of the dress is of good quality. Dress two is my least favorite.”
